Neelesh (Neel) is a leader in our Medical and Scientific Affairs practice, based out of San Francisco. He brings years of experience in defining Medical and Commercial strategy across asset lifecycle, therapeutic areas (including Cardiovascular, Oncology, Inflammation, and CNS), and drug modalities, in addition to active part-time Cardiology clinical practice.

Neel most recently served as head of Portfolio Strategy at Frontier Medicines. Prior to that, he led Commercial Strategy at BridgeBio. He was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company, in both the Pharmaceuticals and Private Equity practices, and led their global Cardiovascular Service Line. He completed medical school, residency, and Cardiology fellowship at Columbia University, and continues part-time Cardiology clinical practice. He received his undergraduate degree at MIT, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
