Leon Dong

Principal, Data Analytics

Leon has more than ten years of modeling experience and data analytics and expertise in classification modeling, clustering modeling, and network analysis. He has worked on various data sources including patient claims, physician prescriptions, outlet inventory, payer, marketing, call details, samples, sales, and survey data and coordinated 20+ analytics projects per year, including: Market Map, Patient Journey, Patients/Physicians Segmentation, and Survey Data Analysis. He has been designated as a point person for complex data project engagements to deliver critical intelligence and solutions. Prior to joining Putnam, Leon worked as Principal, Analytics at Charles River Associates. Leon holds a Master in Statistics from the Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
