Laura Montani

Manager

Laura advises clients across a variety of Value, Pricing and Access and Commercial business needs, including value-based and innovative pricing and access strategies, value proposition development and testing, global to local strategy guidance and execution, and competitive launch strategy development.

She has extensive experience in global / ex-US markets (including EU5, LATAM, APAC), with in-depth knowledge of HTA / VTC methodologies and reimbursement and pricing dynamics. Her recent therapeutic area experience includes immuno-oncology, orphan, cell and gene therapy, vaccine-preventable diseases, and neurological disorders.

Laura holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from King’s College London, and a MSc in Healthcare Economics and Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
