Yoshie Onishi

Principal

Yoshie manages projects related to Japan and has been involved in a broad range of projects such as database analysis, cost-effective analysis, clinical outcome assessment, and market access including HTA submission in Japan.

Her expertise is in biostatistics and epidemiology, Japanese healthcare policy and advocacy, and market access of pharmaceuticals in the Japanese market.

She is a licensed pharmacist with more than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry both in the USA and Japan. Yoshie was a statistical programmer and biostatistician in clinical development and has conducted database and cost-effectiveness analysis in various settings.

Yoshie earned her MPH from Boston University (USA), MS in biostatistics from Columbia University (USA), and DrPH concentrating in pharmacoepidemiology and health economics from Kyoto University (Japan).
