Clement Francois

Partner, HTA and Market Access Operations

Clement leads the HTA and Market Access Operations team at Putnam, advising biopharmaceutical companies from early phase asset planning through launch, bringing in-depth knowledge of European payers and HTAs.

He has extensive HEOR, HTA and Market Access experience, having led HEOR teams for 15 years in a pharmaceutical company at the local and global levels (US and EU), and having served as an Executive VP for over 5 years in consulting in market access.

Clement has a MSc in Health Economics, a PhD in health sciences and has authored more than 200 articles, communications or posters in the field of HEOR, market access and epidemiology. He is also an Associate Researcher at the public health department from the university of Aix-Marseille.
