Rebecca is responsible for the management of internal teams, proposal and client development, and the project management and delivery of a range of reviews at Putnam including systematic, targeted and pragmatic, and HTA reviews as well as Global Value Dossiers and HTA dossiers (including NICE, SMC, and PBAC).
She has conducted reviews of real-world evidence, clinical efficacy, economic evaluations, health related quality of life, burden of illness, and treatment guidelines to support market access and reimbursement strategies.
Prior to joining Putnam, Rebecca worked as a horizon scanning specialist with the NIHR, collaborating closely with HTA organizations including NICE. Rebecca earned a PhD from Newcastle University, UK focusing on age related disease and nutrition.
