Frauke Becker

Frauke has 17+ years of experience in health economic research. She advises clients on patient-reported outcomes (PROs), especially around PRO measurement and their use in health technology assessment (HTA). She has a particular focus on preference elicitation with a strong quantitative background in advanced econometric methods.

Frauke leads and oversees a range of PRO projects at Putnam. She has extensive experience in HTA with a special focus on utility measurement in a wide range of disease areas, including both common and rare conditions, ensuring bespoke solutions according to clients’ needs.

Prior to her career in HEOR, Frauke held academic research positions at several academic institutions, both in the UK and Germany, including the University of Oxford and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Frauke has PhD in Health Economics from the University of Aberdeen (UK) and an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Hanover (Germany).
