Rudiger Papsch

Rudi is a Partner in the Medical and Scientific Affairs Practice at Putnam, with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has been working for pharmaceutical companies, consultancies and not-for-profit organizations in Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation, Value & Access and HEOR.

Rudi is partnering with a wide range of clients, from large- and mid-sized pharma, to EBPs, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations to develop, launch and provide innovative medical treatments and services to ultimately benefit patients and healthcare systems.

His expertise includes medical asset and portfolio strategy, medical evidence strategy, innovative value strategies, cross-functional launch excellence, stakeholder engagement, organizational design and change management. He has experience across a broad range of therapeutic areas including oncology, neurology, cardiology, rare diseases as well as diagnostics, digital health and medical technology.

Prior to joining Putnam, Rudi was in senior roles at IQVIA, Merck, Servier and Bridgehead. He has been working in the EU, APAC and the USA. He has a background in business management and psychology.
