Vault Firsthand recently released its industry rankings for 2023 based on the results of the 2022 North America survey. We are excited to see Putnam in the top rankings across a few different categories!

Some highlights:

  • Top 50 overall: Ranked 11th
  • Best boutique: Ranked 14th
  • Prestige: Ranked 37th (up 11 spots!)
  • We ranked in 5 additional diversity categories: LGBTQ+, Individuals with Disabilities, Military Veterans, Ethnic Diversity, and Women [all either within the top 10 or top 15].
