Welcoming a new Partner to our team, Simon Pannett

Putnam is pleased to welcome Simon Pannett as Partner within our HTA and Market Access team.

Simon brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Putnam having been advising clients across the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries throughout his career. He has a proven track record of guiding assets through every stage of the market access journey—from early strategy development to HTA delivery, reimbursement, and commercial implementation. His deep expertise spans a broad range of therapeutic areas, including hematology, oncology, ophthalmology, neurology, and rare diseases.

Throughout his career, Simon has led high-impact projects resulting in successful HTA submissions, innovative pricing strategies, and meaningful commercial outcomes. His work has consistently enabled clients to achieve optimal patient access and long-term value for their assets.

Prior to joining Putnam, Simon’s career has seen him successfully lead a boutique multi-practice European consultancy and has worked in numerous roles at small and large pharmaceutical companies, the medical device industry, and digital health.
