Mariah joined Putnam in 2017 following completion of her PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University. At Putnam, Mariah translates findings from both primary and secondary research into actionable strategic insights, providing her clients with not only accurate, comprehensive data but also clearly articulated implications for current and future assets. She has extensive experience in market research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and strategic recommendation development, with particular expertise in neurology, rare diseases, oncology, and vaccines. Additionally, she has an in-depth understanding of considerations for early-stage portfolio development / asset prioritization, pivotal clinical trial design, and market access for innovative therapies in both inpatient and outpatient settings across global markets.
