Digital share of voice and sentiment analysis at key congress

The challenge
  • We leveraged GenAl and machine learning to assess digital share of voice across five key themes (Branding, Clinical, Patient Support, DEI, and Sustainability), benchmarking against competitors across multiple social and digital platforms.
Our solution
  • Branding, clinical and patient support messaging led engagement during and post congress, with mostly positive sentiment; overall reinforced its leadership position in oncology conversations compared to competitors.
The results
  • To maintain momentum, it was recommended that the client expand its digital presence beyond the congress by sustaining engagement in the lead-up to future congresses, strengthen thought leadership on LinkedIn by increasing content visibility among oncology stakeholders, and differentiate through DEI, sustainability, and health equity messaging to reinforce its leadership position in underrepresented but increasingly important oncology discussions.
