Cheshta joined Putnam in January 2025 as an Associate Director in Oncology Research Consulting team at India Office.
She has more than 12 years of experience in the life sciences consulting industry, working as a thought partner with leading biopharma clients on clinical and commercial asset strategy. In her current role, her core focus is on early phase asset strategy, including portfolio optimization, opportunity assessment, LCM strategy and due diligence.
Prior to joining Putnam, Cheshta was part of the Global Delivery Services function at EY, working with global clients. She has completed MS (Pharm), specializing in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
