With the growth of the firm, Putnam has created two new market research positions. These positions are designed to support consulting teams by centralizing certain market research workstreams and processes.
Market Research Manager
We are seeking an experienced market research project manager to support Putnam consulting teams in the design and execution of primary market research studies. The Market Research Manager will be responsible for hands-on project execution including questionnaire development, sample-plan design, data collection oversight, moderation of qualitative interviews, and analysis/reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience leading both qualitative and quantitative primary market research studies from initial design stage through final report delivery. This role will operate within Putnam’s growing Insights division which is tasked with providing support to Putnam consulting teams in all aspects of primary market research.
Research Operations Associate
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to support the execution of primary market research studies. The individual in the Research Operations Associate role will provide direct support to case teams and will focus on improving Putnam’s market research fielding capabilities. The role requires a team player who thrives in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role will operate within Putnam’s growing Insights division which is tasked with providing support to Putnam consulting teams in all aspects of primary market research.
