Consultant Position
Putnam Associates hires highly motivated graduates from leading business schools for the position of entry level Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in strategic issues facing the health care industry and a demonstrated record of academic, professional, and personal achievement. Proven analytical, teamwork, and leadership experience is essential.
Consultants play a central role on project teams of three to five professionals and report directly to a manager or partner. Consultants work on more than one project at a time and are responsible for structuring complex strategic problems into discrete tasks, managing associates, and developing and maintaining client relationships. As a Consultant progresses along the career path at Putnam, the speed of which is dependent upon the individual's demonstrated capabilities and contributions to the firm, he or she can expect more extensive project leadership and client management responsibilities.
