Eric Auger, Partner & Chair Partnership Committee
Eric is a leader in Putnam’s Global Franchise Strategy and Pricing and Reimbursement practice areas, and serves as Chairman of Putnam’s Partnership Committee. He joined the firm in 1996 and became a Partner in 2005, bringing over 17 years of strategy consulting experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other life sciences industries. He has extensive experience helping life sciences clients make portfolio, product launch and lifecycle management decisions in US and Global markets. His experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including Infectious Diseases, Vaccines, Women’s Health, Immunology, Oncology, CNS, GI, CV, Renal and rare diseases, and spans drugs, diagnostics and devices. Eric has recently been engaged heavily in the areas of pipeline asset valuation and clinical development strategy, commercial launch strategy and tactical planning, and lifecycle optimization. Prior to joining Putnam, Eric began his strategy consulting career at Bain & Company in Boston. He holds a BA in Economics from Providence College and an MA in International Relations from Boston University.
