Developing comprehensive business strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies requires intimate knowledge of both the health issues a product addresses and the scientific profile on which it is based. To meet this unique intersection of business, science and health, Putnam employs individuals who hold advanced degrees in the medical and life sciences fields and have a minimum of three years of experience in business or consulting.
Individuals with medical or life science degrees are hired into Putnam as Associate Consultants or Consultants depending on the depth and breadth of their business and consulting expertise.
