Putnam actively seeks individuals with post-MBA strategy consulting experience as well as candidates who have made a significant investment in consulting before attending business school. The ideal candidate for the Consultant position has demonstrated excellence both during his or her academic career and during previous employment experiences with other top-tier consulting firms (Bain & Company, BCG, McKinsey & Company). Proven analytic abilities, superb presentation skills and extensive team management experience are essential. A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is advantageous but not required.
